Cargo Forwarder Global is a free, English-language, online news service with a niche focus on the international air freight logistics industry. First published as CargoForwarder in August 2012 and mainly covering European news at the time, its name was changed to CargoForwarder Global (CFG) in February 2014 as its scope increased to worldwide news. Currently (as per January 2020), more than 30,100 subscribers from the air cargo community (which include representatives from airports, airlines, forwarders, logistics suppliers and ULD manufacturers, to name but a few) receive the weekly NewsMail along with ad hoc "Breaking News" articles as and when they are published.  
The CFG Website is regularly updated with new and up-to-date, worldwide, air freight relevant articles, including a number of exclusives, and CFG prides itself in offering a premium information service to the air cargo logistics community.
CFG publisher, Heiner Siegmund, is an internationally renowned aviation journalist who specializes in air cargo and logistics topics. He is also the founder and owner of Hamburg-based e.go MediaServices GmbH (www.ego-mediaservices.de) which contributes articles to various logistics and cargo publications as well as to the German and European press. CFG works together with an international team of experienced air cargo journalists.
